Customer Service Representative

Squamish Valley Gas Bar
This entry-level service position is responsible for selling retail related products to membership and the public. The incumbent performs basic duties according to well- defined policies and procedures. The incumbent reports to the Retail Operations management team. The position requires flexibility of schedule (days/evenings and weekends).


Lynnwood Marina
Under supervision, performs routine skilled, semi-skilled, and emergency maintenance and repairs to marina docks and related structures within the marina complex; provides assistance and service to boat operators, and performs related work as assigned.

Finance Administrator

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Administrator will support the Finance & Accounting Team with their administrative processes, track tasks and help produce deliverables to meet deadlines. This position involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the company. The Finance Administrator is responsible for payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Commercial Property Manager

This mid-level position supports and assists in commercial real estate management in accordance with the agreements and participates in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc. The manager oversees tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. Additionally, they assist in the preparation of the annual budgets, reporting, and financial performance of the property.

Real Estate Administrator

This position interacts with tenants and coordinates with Property and Real Estate Asset Managers, owners, executives, and developers, ensuring that every property lives up to expectations. Duties include mostly clerical work and keeping track of important documentation for real estate projects and property managers. Additionally, oversees marketing objectives and collaborates with other team members to facilitate community events.

Real Estate Development Coordinator

Real Estate Development Coordinator works in conjunction with the development managers and executives on multiple projects at various stages of real estate development. Assisting the team in researching, reporting, and analyzing potential development opportunities. The coordinator will request information, assist with permits, and monitor the application progress as required for ongoing development projects. In addition, consult with project stakeholders to assist the organization and participation in public information meetings and research development issues, and prepares summaries.
