Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

The primary role of the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is to provide financial insight and support Nch’ḵaý’s decision-making process. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is in charge of budgeting, forecasting, analyzing financial information, decision support and reporting.

Senior Accountant

Working closely with the Director of Finance, to perform and coordinate accounting duties within the company. The senior accountant’s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative

Squamish Valley Gas Bar
This entry-level service position is responsible for selling retail-related products to members and the public. The incumbent performs basic duties according to well-defined policies and procedures. The incumbent reports to the Retail Operations management team. The position requires flexibility of schedule (days/evenings and weekends).

HR & Corporate Services Senior Administrator

HR & CS Senior Administrator is often the first-person internal employees and visitors meet. The day-to-day job typically revolves around various clerical tasks, including managing HR documents, organizing files, and maintaining mobile-plan allowance. In addition to answering the phone and coordinating calendars, to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
